Ruby True Hotel - Bagan

Great location in a lovely area with a market and stores nearby. Had dinner at Star Beam, which was pretty close to here. 🌟

The setting of hotel was GREAT and exceptionally nice, close to everything. The rooms were huge with a private terrace, the staff were very very nice.

Well, Wi-Fi was weak.

we got neat superior queen room with spacious bathroom as an upgrade, nice gesture. the services were excellent, including freshly cooked breakfasts and free parking if needed.

This place is conveniently located near a festival, temples, and the city center in a wonderful area.

The staff at Ruby True Hotel were absolutely kind and really very nice people. the food was reasonably priced with a lot of options. - the hotel is located really close to a lovingly tended garden, Nyaung U, and the city center in a quiet location.

Laundry smelled like smoke.

During my recent stay at Ruby True, I experienced exceptional service from the moment I arrived. The hotel manager, Wah Wah, went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. She personally assisted us with booking activities and even provided care for our minor injuries from biking. The entire staff was friendly and attentive, making us feel like valued guests. The well-manicured gardens and lovely pool area added to the pleasant atmosphere. And let's not forget the 2 for 1 happy hour cocktails, a delightful treat. The rooms, although a bit dated, were comfortable and clean. The location, while not in the heart of town, was still easily accessible for dining and exploring. I would definitely stay here again if I return to Bagan.

Everything was fantastic.

We loved the well-maintained gardens and quiet location away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The swimming pool was great and the hotel staff were helpful and friendly. The breakfast buffet had a good variety and the hotel helped us arrange transportation and activities at a fair price.

I had an amazing time during my Christmas stay at this hotel. The rooms were spacious, comfortable and well-appointed with lovely garden and pool views. The staff was friendly, helpful and efficient. Breakfast was delicious and the food was cooked and presented to a very high standard. I particularly enjoyed the e-bikes, a great way to explore the local area, and the well-maintained gardens. The hotel was located in a peaceful and quiet area, which was perfect for a relaxing holiday. a fantastic experience that I would happily recommend to anyone.

That the hotel was a bit far from the town center, but this was not a major issue for me as I enjoyed walking and exploring the local area. The water pressure in the shower was not very strong, which was a little disappointing.
